BICYCLE PARKING / STORAGE
We have eight bicycle storage lockers, located in the parking lot on the North side of the 4160 building, near Glynnis Rose entrance, available for use on first come, first serve basis. Bike lockers are for day use only and are not to be used for storage. Bike Locker users will need to provide their own locks.
CONFERENCE CENTER
State & County COVID rules must be followed during use including reducing occupancy to allow for proper social distancing. Our conference center, located in the Amenity Hub in building 4120 on the first floor, features two conference rooms available to tenants. The larger conference room seats 75-80 and the smaller (boardroom style) seats 14. Both rooms have a projector, projector screen, speakers and Wi-Fi. - Tenants are allowed 4 reservations per month
- Tenants can reserve the rooms no more than 3 months in advance.
- Return tables to the “classroom” style
- Stack extra chairs neatly along the far wall
- Open all blinds
- Take all personal items with you when you leave - any items left behind will be disposed of.
DRY-CLEANING
Country Club Cleaners offers dry-cleaning service with onsite pick-up and drop-off on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can request service by emailing customerservice@countryclubcleaners.com or calling the store at 925-838-2000.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
We offer two EV Car Charging Stations at the property located on the northeast side of the 4120 Building. These are offered at a first come, first serve basis. Users should only park at the station while their vehicle is charging and move vehicle once charging is complete. These stations are managed by CarCharging.com. The charging rate is $0.49 per kWh (price subject to change).
FITNESS CENTER AT THE AMENITY HUB – OPEN 5AM TO 8PM, MONDAY - FRIDAY
MAIL & DELIVERIES
FedEx has a drop box located on the first floor in building 4160’s west stairwell (near the property management office) with pick-ups Monday through Friday, around 4:30 PM.
MOTHER'S ROOM AT THE AMENITY HUB
All mothers who are employees on campus and need access to the mother’s room are eligible once the following agreement has been completed. The Mother’s Room will be available for use from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
PARKING
Overnight parking is allowed for business purposes only and at your own risk and with prior notice to the management office.
SHOWERS & LOCKER ROOMSLocated in the first floor restrooms of all buildings, lockers and showers are available for tenant use. Employees may use the facilities at any time during business hours. Please note lockers are for day use only. Any locks found on lockers will be removed and any items left in locker or showers will be discarded.
TRANSPORTATIONBART (BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT)
Dublin Corporate Center is located 1.7 miles from East Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station. The close proximity makes BART an easy bike or bus ride to / from DCC.
Bus Tickets
Dublin Corporate Center offers free bus passes to tenant daily riders and may be picked up in the Hines Property Management Office (Bldg 4160 Suite 140) when you schedule by emailing DublinCalAdmin@hines.com. WHEELS offers an easy bus route to & from the BART station. From BART riders are dropped off on the corner or John Monego Court and Dublin Blvd. To return to BART, riders are picked up the northwest corner of Dublin Blvd and Glynnis Rose. Guaranteed Ride Home
The Guaranteed Ride Home Program is a commuter benefit available to all Alameda County employers and employees free of charge. It guarantees a ride home (taxi or rental car) in case of an emergency to individuals who have made the effort to avoid commuting alone in their car. YOGA CLASS
Complimentary yoga classes are held every Tuesday from 12:00 PM - 12:50 PM in the fitness center.
